simply to load a classic packet driver designed for your card, without
any of the ODI stuff you have so far.
Well, in this case it seems that the onboard Intel chip is not packet
driver friendly. I just installled an Intel 82540EM PCI card (vs the
onboard 82567LM-3) and it immediately connected using the e1000pkt driver.
I'll clean up my drive of all the attempted workarounds and finish a fresh
install of FreeDOS 1.1(1)?
