Don is referring to line 18 in the autoexec.bat

DEVLOAD /H /Q %dosdir%\BIN\UDVD2.SYS /D:FDCD0001

Assuming the EXE is an executable archive, you could use the free DOSBox or 
Virtual Box on Linux to extract the exe.
