It works for me. There was a ticket

I just built the master yesterday. Let me see if I can reproduce it with
a newer build.

I'm still seeing the problem in the new build. Here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin.
2. Add a new user with a password.
3. Logout.
4. Login as the new user.

It will say "The password or username you entered is incorrect." There's no message about expiration or link to change the password. So far the only way to change the password is via kinit.
