Hi Jason, you can have a look at the command ipa-migrate (see https://pagure.io/freeipa/blob/master/f/doc/designs/ipa_to_ipa_migration.md ). The tool was added in IPA 4.12.0 and allows to migrate IPA schema, configuration, and database to a local IPA server.
