I'd say you can use a script that we have in ipa-migrate's local demo that
is able to generate a load of various IPA objects:

See scripts/create-data-ldif.py there. It does not assign passwords to
users, but that's something you can do afterwards.

This will be a bit better than chasing an initial setup for FreeIPA demo
website because the latter isn't public (or at least I don't have access
to it).
