Follow-up Comment #7, sr #111312 (group freeipmi):

We originally used freeipmi 1.6.13 which is shipped by default on Ubuntu 24.04
and saw the issue. To make sure this is not a bug that has already been fixed,
I manually compiled 1.6.15 and noticed that the problem is still there, so I
opened this discussion. I will try your patch and provide the output.

For reference, the GB200 platform is an ARM-based platform and not x86, and
from what we have seen so far, those few sensors seem to be the only ones that
are being reported incorrectly among all the various sensors that are
available on this platform.
