Well, I usually get my x86 stuff either directly from
intel, or from www.x86.org, or from www.sandpile.org.
x86.org is run by robert collins, so it may be that it
is the same as the site you quote above (I haven't looked
at it.) I don't know whether sandpile has anything about
PVI... have a look.
