Sorry that I've been a bit inactive lately, but the schoolyear has started again
and I've been having lotsa things to do. But I still have some time left
for this project (and others) (I hope ;)), so I'm probably gonna start being
more active again soon.
To the point. I think that during the initial stages of development (i.e.,
until we have a stable base for further development), we should work with a
TODO list. This list should contain all of the things that need to be
implemented still in the near future (in order of urgency), and who is
working on which one. This should make development a lot easier as there
can never be
confusion about who's working on what, or what needs to be done. The way it is
now, it is hard for me (and probably for others as well) to see what needs
doing, so if I find myself having some free time I don't know how I can
make myself useful :).
I suggest that somebody (preferably Kevin) makes this list and that it always
gets actively updated (put it in CVS -- PS Kevin, when are we getting that ?)
We might also use this list at a later stage to define some development
milestones -- then we always know how cool we're doing :)
