the recent changes already discussed on the list have now been
committed to CVS. (Sorry for the delay, but I was experiencing
strange network connectivity problems :-/)
The changes include:
- Use a 'nexus' page to transition into the guest address space.
This removes the need for having pages identity-mapped between
guest and host space.
- Support for multiple VMs. This should work completely transparently;
just run the 'user' tool multiple times in parallel (watch your total
available host memory, however!).
Note that due to the nexus changes, monitor-side fault handlers don't
work at the moment and are disabled. I'll modify the calling sequence
and re-enable those ASAP; there are some issues w.r.t. to position-
independent code to be resolved first ...
