I've commited Ramon's changes to CVS:

Added support for plugins.
Make Bochs device emulation framework a plugin.
Added ICE plugin for remote GDB debugger support.
Added AT&T syntax instruction decoding to decode.c.
Removed timeout handling; general clean-up of user.c.
Furthermore, I've applied the various patches to the debugger code,
added kernel code to allow changing 'safe' flags (i.e. single-step
mode works now), and fixed a memory-overwrite bug.
In addition, I've changed the Makefiles to compile all guest and user
code with debug information (using the ICE plugin you can use guests'
debug info as well ...).
