I could make something with a database backend.
But should it be secure (in that one would need to enter a password and have
an account on the site), or publicly accessible? The disadvantage of having
something that is publicly accessible is that someone could enter false data
into it or, worse, mess up existing data.
Something like the security on Bugzilla (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/) is
done (register on the site, password is sent to email account, thus
enshuring email is valid)?
