It should be publically readable, at least. I also think it would be
a good idea if developers would announce what they're working on on the
list, and *one* person updates the database... just like we do with CVS.
A while ago, somebody voulenteered to make a mailing list digest every
week... I've never actually seen the digests, but ok ;). If this person
is still going to work on that (sorry, forgot your name!) then that would
probably be the right person to keep track of such things.
