infamous "The page cannot be displayed"
system config . 3 internal nodes running Win2000 with a DSL modem talking to
the outside world. This was working fine with version 3.7.2 and nothing
configuration wise was changed when upgrading to 3.8.1

Just upgraded to 3.8.1 from 3.7.2 - This is a Windows 2000 / SP 1 system.
I know get the following java error when starting :
ERROR:java.lang.NoSuchmethodError:java/util/Vector:method
add(Ljava/lang/Object;)Z not found.
