If it's going to change frequently, -and- you plan on being a
permanent node (up all the time) you might want to sign up with one of
the dynamic DNS services available, like:
http://www.dyndns.org/
Probably you don't need to worry about it, though.

Sorry, don't know much about the Windows installer, but I believe that
that's by design. Most of the installers choose a random, unused,
>1024 port to make it harder to identify Freenet nodes.
