I've had continuous network activity on my node (Win2k with freenet.jar
dated 12/25/00) for over a day now with almost nothing being placed in the
datastore. I've never had this activity before and I've been running the
node for several months. I have several incoming and outgoing connections
(ESTABLISHED when I run netstat) most of the time. It seems highly unlikely
to me that I'd have most of what someone is retrieving so, as I understand
freenet, what files I don't have that were requested would be placed in my
datastore and then passed to the next node. Also, javaw.exe is using about
47MB which seems very high.
I'd appreciate any thoughts about whether there is a problem.
