I downloaded ant and think I have it installed, but it's whining about:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/tools/ant/Main
but maybe that's because while the ant documentation implies that it needs
some other XML-parser jars to make it work, it gives no cluse where to get
said jars :-(
I think I have all my various environment variables pointing to the right
places, although since I'm running ksh under Windows there's always a bit
of doubt about which way the various slashes are supposed to go. I can run
other java progs just fine, though, so things can't be wildly wrong.
