Yes, the only thing that you might want to do is to take a note of the port your
current node is running on just in case the new installation tries to change it.
This wouldn't be fatal, but it would mean that your node would need to
re-integrate itself into Freenet.

These should not be deleted - they are the data which your Freenet node is
caching.

There are ways to update data, both now, and more advanced mechanisms in the
future.

Look at sites such as KSK@Aardvark, and see if you can do something similar.
