[Freenet-support] Can I run freenet behind a proxy?

Sorry for the newbie question...

I downloaded freenet 0.3 windows installer and followed the installation
instruction. I start freenet (freenet.exe) but when I point at
http://localhost:8081/ in my web browser I get a Cannot find server page.
