I have updated the User Guide on the demo. Some of it is still
older but still applicable. Some of the menu selections make be
incorrect. But I felt it was worth putting up because of the
template and encounter documentation. The Introduction
documentation may also be helpful.
Click on User Guide --> Table of Contents from the main screen.
