When you first install FreePM and create your users in the
FreePM/acl_users folder, you must assign your user the Provider
role if you want to access most of the patient record. The other
thing you MUST do is to remove the permissions on the
FreePM/index_html file for the Anonymous User. This is under the
Security tab AFTER you click on the index_html id in the
management interface. Uncheck all boxes for Anonymous User.
