Realizing that building templates for FreePM requires some time
investment.
We are asking physicians to send us the outlines, questionaires, etc.
that they would like to see turned into templates.
Send your raw content to Dr. Chason Hayes at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and it
will magically appear (in a few days, weeks or months) as a template in
FreePM.
The content can be sent as an email attachment in virtually any format
(pdf, html, MSWord, WordPerfect, and even palin ASCII text)
Send him a ton of it. He has nothing else to do. <vbg>
