I might clarify what is meant by raw content.
This information should be in some type of checklist format or
something that can be easily converted to checklist / radiobutton
implementation.
For example:
For an exam for a condition/complaint provide a bullet point list of
things to check during that exam. A form with a block labeled Exam:
and space for ten lines of text isn't very helpful. :-(
Maybe the content shouldn't be as 'raw' as I first implied. <s>
