Hello,
In recent threads, different forms/templates/data collection models have
been discussed. Both Dr. Ho and Tim Cook have discussed various strategies
and ideas about collecting data from users. A comment that Tim made several
days ago, was that he was at a loss to understand why the templates weren't
being created or used like he thought. Dr. Ho has said on a couple of
occasions that while OIO forms were being created, it seemed that fewer were
being used then anticipated.
I noticed this software from a post over at Hardhats in reference to
printing, http://www.scansoft.com/ Is there a problem, with just scanning
in to the respective applications, FreePM and OIO all of the forms that
might be found in a typical physician's office? Obviously, there are
physician practices that are represented here and on openhealth. Just have
one of them send paper examples of every form that they have and then use
something like Scansoft to create electronic forms from them.
Just thinking of seeing if a one shot infusion of forms will make a
difference in enduser acceptance.
