Scanning the forms into FreePM would not accomplish the same thing as
creating templates. But we will certainly accept scanned images or if
possible forms saved as HTML. Many of the offices already have their
forms in some type of electronic format. These would be much easier to
work with.
Creating templates is not rocket science but it is tedious. Hopefully
Dr. Hayes will be able to add to the documentation soon with some type
of general guidelines and tutorial.
