We are working on that documentation. ;-)
Login to the Zope Management Interface. Select the FreePM folder and
then the Properties tab at the top. One of these properties is
'is_demo' . Uncheck it.
There are several more properties of this folder that do not have a
configuration screen entry. If you can't figure out what one of them
does, I'd be glad to answer it here until better docs are available.
