I'm not sure why you have this problem. But, if you type this:

http://localhost:8080/FreePM/manage

into your browser location it should prompt you for a login.  Login as
your user that has the Manager role.

You should now see the 'Contents' view in the right-hand frame and
the Folder tree in the left.
Click on the Properties tab. This should present the property sheet
for the OFS:Folder named FreePM.

Alternatively you could type:

http://localhost:8080/FreePM/manage_main

into the browser location and it will open the FreePM 'Contents' view
in the entire browser window.
