It helps a lot, if you tell us what else does it say. The "System
Unavailable" message is a generic page which is presented in any
ocasion where a specific error handler is not present. It sometimes
says something in very small letters, which can give you a hint, for
example "Keyword: <...> not valid" or the like. From this sometimes
you can derive where the error comes from.

I am currently installing and configuring (and modifying) FreePM for a
customer, and soon will have to fiddle with reports too. Maybe we can
learn hand in hand?! :-)

You should tell us, which operating system and setup you run FreePM
and Zope on.

Well, in my case FreePM runs on a dedicated computer with
Debian-Gnu/Linux as server, and there is a red with one other Linux
Workstation, a dump (Linux) X-terminal conected to this server, a
Windows 95 Computer and a brand new HP with Windows XPE.
They all can access the "same" way to FreePM, because of the Web
Interface.
Visual Basic Applications do not even run on Linux, or at least need
Wine (Windows emulator) or such.
Other aplication I am actively developing uses a TCL/Tk Client to
conect to a PostgreSQL Server. Tcl/Tk is multi-platform
(Unix/Windows/MacIntosh), and much more flexible then the Web
Interface, and PostgreSQL is a lot faster then Zope, but on the other
hand the FreePM approach (Web-interface) needs *NO* client setup at
all (- almost no setup;-)
