This file is a repository of drug objects. It is meant for you
to copy the ones you want to use from here and put them into the
FreePM/formulary.

The text file that comes with it and is available in the
downloads directory is reproduced below for your convenience.

********************************************************************************

The file DrugData.zexp is a Zope export file containing FreePM
drug objects
suitable for copying into your FreePM/formulary.

This information was taken from the publically available Multum
drug database
available on the internet. It was converted to a PostgreSQL
format by Dr.
Robert Shepard and then exported to a 90,000 line text file. I
then imported
selected items into Zope as FreePM Drug objects. Each drug name
exists only
one time. If you want more entries for dose & delivery you will
need to add
them via the FreePM formulary interface or directly via the Zope
Management
interface.

To use these items:
1) unzip the DrugData_x.y.zip (where x.y is a version number)
from with your
Zope root. This will place DrugData.zexp in your Zope/import
directory and
this file in your Zope root.

2) Using the Zope management interface import DrugData.zexp into
any
location in your Zope installation.

3) Browse the list of drugs and select the ones you wish to use.

4) At the bottom of the management screen click the copy button.

5) Go to your FreePM/formualry folder and click the Paste button
at the
bottom.
