Hello Jeff, > Are there any updated users and or administrators > manuals?
Just the ones at: http://www.freepm.org:8080/freepm_download/fpm_downloads > If so please point me in their direction, particularly regarding > permissioning users to search the patient db for matching records and configuring pdf > generation and display. I would suggest that you get a copy of "The Zope Book" ISBN 0-7357-1137-2. It goes into detail on using ZCatalog and other things that you will need for the queries. For PDF generation and display you must have your browser configured to display PDF's by launching a reader of course. By default some reports in FreePM are designed to only write to disk, some only to display in the browser and some do both. This was done so that there are examples of each method for those that choose to extend or modify FreePM. The ReportLab pdf generation software has very a very extensive feature list and anyone wanting to write their own reports should read the documentation provided with that software. As an alternative, I am available for consulting contracts to customize FreePM. Please contact me directly with more information about your specific needs.
