Dialup Admin - Help!

This is pretty much a follow up to a previous listing.
 
I have the same problem. I can see the users online but cannot create or administer current users in the database.

sql_accounting_table: radacct
sql_badusers_table: badusers
sql_check_table: radcheck
sql_reply_table: radreply  
sql_user_info_table: userinfo
sql_groupcheck_table: radgroupcheck
sql_groupreply_table: radgroupreply
sql_usergroup_table: usergroup
 
Where am i going wrong. It seems to read from mysql but cannot create. When i check online users it tells me the name of the person next to the username ok. As I entered userinfo via webmin.
