OK so if I leave op equal to '==' it should be fine (server side). What is wrong with the '<=' op in radreply ?

You're not supposed to leave the op field blank. I said that
the operators were for the server, so you should USE them in the
server.

Then I guess that the NAS doesn't use CBBSM-Bandwidth the way that
you think it uses it.
