Uninstalling Freeradius

Could you please tell me how to uninstall freeradius version 0.9.3? I'm a newbie at Linux and i really have no idea how to do it. I need to uninstall it and then reinstall it again because i believe that i made a few mistakes. Also, how do you get it to run?
