  I am, but it seems postgress takes a while to intialise, period during
which it is refusing any connections to it. Radius tries connecting, it sees
that it can't, then fails using SQL. The error is : "FATAL: The database
system is starting up"

  BTW, can you give me a hint on how I could modify the /bin/sh script
rc.local to wait until postgress started up? Thanks.
