Thx for all the help but i've told you i use mysql so i've modified radreply :
mihai X-Ascend-Assign-IP-Pool := 2
So for username :mihai will use the IP Pool configured on maxtnt : ip pool number 2
= 1.1.1.1-1.1.1.252
