if you are doing it manually with your database, it will be a tedious job if you have to do it on a hundred accounts. have you heard of manipulating your database using PHP or perl script to lessen you tiring typing jobs, nice web interface will make it easy for you i guess. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
