What if you send another access-request with the same nas-port value - you get the same IP address? Cisco seem to have a problem with the way that they use nas-port on the GGSN and possibly the PDSN. You need to check with Cisco that the nas-port value is changed for each subscriber. Mark - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
