sqlcounter problem

did everything with the subj. like said in the doc file (created 
sqlcounter.conf, added necessary things in the radiusd.conf). Added to 
the radcheck table such lines:

insert into radcheck  values (6,'ek','Max-All-Session',':=','60')
insert into radcheck  values (6,'ek','password','==','blah');
But the user is connecting anyway even after those 60s.
Where could be the problem? There is nothing said int he logs about this 
issue.
