Can you try the latest dialupadmin from the cvs? Do you see this problem in all the forms and with all variables? What php version are you using?

I am using php4-4.3.8_2 from FreeBSD ports.
I see this problem in dialup_admin only. Although there is nothing else installed on the machine with dialup_admin. I have some other pages in another machine which should be configured same way if I am not missing anything and it works fine.
Otherwise dialup admin works just fine. I mean the places where I click work but if I fill in some variables to forms they get lost when I click submit...
