OpenLDAP + 802.1x / WPA setup

I have updated my HOWTO on using OpenLDAP as a authentication backend 
for FreeRADIUS. New additions are

   * ChilliSpot setup
   * Using wpa_supplicant for 802.1x wired authentication
   * Dynamically assigning VLANs on Cisco switches
   * Other minor things
