It turns out my intuition was right, it was almost a one-liner. I have
pushed a fix, please confirm that it works.

In the meantime, I have also pushed a fix for 16bpp color conversion
problems, and applied a patch from Howard that adds cursor support in
dfbfreerdp.

Please continue to report any problems regarding colors until all of them
are fixed, thank you!
