Hi,

I just pushed the necessary build fixes for Windows XP. I
defined _WIN32_WINNT to 0x0501 (Windows XP) by default, and used a
inet_ntop wrapper that Fritz had sent me a while ago. It now builds and run
properly on Windows XP.
