hey guys, When I go to do a conversion from dicom to mgz, im getting the error:
mri_convert -ot mgz Image0001.dcm . mri_convert: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I did an ls command for this file and found no matches in my /usr/local/lib or /usr/lib directories. I'm guessing this means I need to install the proper libraries. I'm fairly new to Linux, so I don't know how to go about doing this. Any ideas? Thanks Dave David A.
