Hi all, Library issues are all set, I now am having a problem getting freesurfer to recognize .img and .hdr files,

Make sure to have a volume called 001.mgz in /usr/local/freesurfer/subjects/je001_018_4_1-001/freesurfer/je001_018_4_1-001/mri/orig.
