Hi all, I sent an email a couple of days ago but didn't get any answer yet... I recently installed FreeSurfer in a virtual machine (Ubuntu).
I installed it according to the freesurfer website and another source. http://mirko.windhoff.net/how_to/install_freesurfer_on_ubuntu When I ran recon-all, I kept getting the following error message (see below). Is there anything else that I have to install??
