Hi all, I'd like to know whether there is a command line that I could use to extract the level of smoothness in my data, the same way qdec does it automatically, i.e. writing the fwhm.dat that is then used to define which precomputed CSD file should be used in the Monte Carlo Simulation. Is there any simple command which I could use, inputing the y.mgh and getting as an output the fwhm.dat.
Sorry to disturb for such a small question, I've been looking everywhere but don't find any solution to this. Otherwise, is there any way that we can change the default smoothing level accepted by qdec, i.e. having other values in there that 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25? Thanks a lot in advance for your reply, Marie _______________________________________________ Freesurfer mailing list Freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed.
