External Email - Use Caution It is group level, result of 2nd-level analysis. I preprocessed data of 50 subjects with FSFAST and SPM respectively, then I used SPM to do the 1st- and 2nd-level modelling. The version of FS now I use is 6.0 I think: freesurfer-Linux-centos6_x86_64-stable-pub-v6.0.0-2beb96c.
