External Email - Use Caution Dear All,
Hi. I have a question about the -i option for "recon-all". According to the explanation on the following page, the -i option specifies DICOM and NIfTI files, but is it OK to specify a mgz file with the -i option? https://secure-web.cisco.com/1UYHLpktzY4BG51M3Fy6Hmuwp2mf6dniSilXbYvOmS82WjhKdh8iiq9gMWVVJThLUSFTSlD14B54-KAPPJ8ZGjZiE8zvcXbbgxox63BCQue7POmRMT4Uec0pvHwDXRum_7zCd4-M4hlzO1amdbEbjNq76FokwYxdftMEPdLX7DHPLq4VCQogDBKo9qe6q8mKUR6CFUMwSuDj7q11dJZf9dvM4gHyLsWjj6vB_mRwS7oLVKHXNzjwOlqnHNkSlBfeb2ZlqRn8zKBfXABumC1KKW06irHB9dIlfqLHbeC-TPSc2DHi26RarpndrKq3SI20o/https%3A%2F%2Fsurfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu%2Ffswiki%2Frecon-all%23Specifyinput I want to create a generic script file that calls NIfTI and mgz files as follows. recon-all -subject $SUBJECTS_ID -i $IMAGE_FILE -all Thank you, ryo _______________________________________________ Freesurfer mailing list Freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed.
