I tested with zaptel-1.4.2 that showed as per what wiki says(Channels configured). But I tested randomly picking zaptel-1.4.9 and zaptel-1.4.11 that showed the behaviour which you mentioned here(Channels to configure). I am not sure if it's really making calls to go mad coz FS configures the channels properly on running.
