Note: Codec2 is Open Source Software that is licensed under very
specific conditions. "Linking the original authors" is important and
nice, but but the license obligates you to publish the source code of
the original software, and under certain conditions derived works, to
enable others to inspect, study, modify and redistribute work based on
Codec2. This was one of the main reasons to develop it - closed systems
are already available, no need to put efforts in another one of these.
