Richard,
I'm not sure about sndfile and samplerate, but PortAudio is available for
Windows. My suggestion is to include the required dlls in the installer for
anything that isn't a normally installed library; this is how Jonathan Naylor
does it for his OpenDV D-Star programs on Windows.
